The beach view is lovely, but don’t expect clean rooms or fresh breakfast. The staff seems to enjoy ignoring requests, especially when it came to a locker reset—I almost had to fight for it. I woudl ve been grateful for just a hint of preferential treatment, being treated like every other guest was incredibly disappointing.

The view from the room was stunning, and I loved the prime location just a short stroll to local restaurants like Flamenco Cafe Resto Bar. The huge pool offered a nice respite from the hustle and bustle.
Cooked breakfast was cold, and there was no elevator to assist with heavy luggage. I had a confusing billing error on arrival, and for $150 a night, I expected much more than what was delivered.

Comfortable Stay in a Beautiful Location!
Enjoyed the beautiful views from our room and the pool area. Breakfast offered a good variety, though some items ran out quickly. Great value for exploring the Ballestas! Be sure to check your check-in time, as it's strictly enforced.

Couple suitable for some nice views
The location was excellent, right in front of the sea! The breakfast was basic but hit the spot after an early morning while we enjoyed the view of the ocean.
It wasn’t cheap but acceptable.
